Mr. Sharma has led major infrastructure projects across hydropower, metro rail, bridges, nuclear, marine, water and highways in India, Nepal and Bhutan.

Formerly CEO of Rodic Consultants, CTO of Hindustan Construction Company, Vice President and Engineering Head of Moserbaer Group, Chief Engineer (Design) at Jaiprakash Associates, and Engineer-in-Charge of the 900 MW Baglihar Hydroelectric Project with Lahmeyer International. He founded HCA in January 2022, and contributes to national policy and standardisation through Assocham, INCOLD, CBIP, ICA, BIS and TAI.
