Old structures.
New certainties.
Assessment, design, monitoring and implementation support under one roof: a single-point solution that keeps dams and other critical structures safe, reliable and performing for the long term.
The practice
Infrastructure ages faster than it is replaced. HCA's structural health practice assesses what a structure can still safely do, designs the retrofit that extends its life, and stays through implementation, drawing on the same hydropower and water resources expertise that built such structures in the first place.
The scope runs from visual and instrumented condition assessment through seepage and stability analysis to the design and supervision of strengthening and rehabilitation works, for dams, barrages, bridges and heavy civil structures.
